Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can contact via phone call (800-767-9494), email (email@example.com), or live chat. We will then write out and send your quote via email. You may then call in a verbal order or email a purchase order.
A: Yes, we are able to process both small and large orders. We supply small quantity orders and non-standard alloys.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: It depends. Every request gets individually reviewed.
A: We do. We have thousands of items in inventory, many non-standards, and unique alloys and forms. Stainless steel, aluminum and nickel sheet and foils are in stock. We have the largest inventory of Al 1100 bar and plate in North America.
Q: Can you cut to size, shear or slit?
A: Yes, we provide a variety of processing services. It is our pleasure to innovate creative ways to achieve dimensional requests our customers make.
Q: How long until my order is ready?
A: Every order is different. If material is in stock and requires little or no processing time your order might ship that day. If your order needs to be made or requires processing, it could be several days, or weeks. We state clearly on our quotes the projected lead time.
Q: How much does it cost to ship to me?
A: We ship FOB our warehouse, NY 11106. However if you must have a delivered price, we will consider it. We prefer that our customer’s take responsibility for freight.
Q: Can we pick up at your warehouse?
A: Yes. We ask that you call first to schedule, as often material has to be processed, or located in our warehouse, or brought in from the mill depot.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment by Credit Card is most convenient. If terms are requested, we ask for 3 trade
references and your banking details. Once approved, we offer Net 30 day terms.
